Heathen Hearts Leather Arts is a one-woman small business run by Richmond-based artist Lia Pisa-Relli, crafting high-quality goth and alternative leather and chain accessories with care and intention. Every piece—from purses to body harnesses, and belts to cuffs, boot straps and wallets, to lighter cases and more—is originally designed and handmade using ethically sourced genuine leather scraps, as well as repurposed secondhand hardware and supplies, to help reduce textile and landfill waste. Many designs also feature vegan-friendly faux leather and materials, offering both cruelty-free and sustainable options. Designed and created entirely by Lia, Heathen Hearts is where ritual craftsmanship meets rebellious self expression.
